“I’ve been in the process of transitioning for five months now and I’ve had my ups and my downs. Rod sets have been my go to style or two simple French braids. I’m deciding to do the big chop in August, I’m currently wearing Senegalese Twists, I love braids. I’m really self conscious about my hair (started crying bc this is the first time Ive admitted this to someone) and following your account on IG has helped me get through the transitioning process. I know it takes patient and I’m learning to love my hair every day. I never thought my boyfriend would even love and help me through my transitioning process. This is a tough process for me and I can’t wait to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I’m ready to experience what every other naturalista is going through. Even if I don’t when the contest I just wanted to let you know you guys have helped me during my transitioning process and I even love following all the other women that are either transitioning, have transitioned, and/or natural.
